Phenobarbital Vitamin K deficiency.
Alcohol Fetal alcohol syndrome.
Isotretinoin Facial/ear abnormalities; congenital heart disease.
Phenytoinyl Hypoplastic nails, typical facies, IUGR.
Diethylstilbestrol (DES) Vaginal adenocarcinoma.
Tetracycline Enamel hypoplasia, discolored teeth.
Lithium Ebstein anomaly.
Warfarin Facial dysmorphism and chondrodysplasia.
Valproate/Carbamazepine Mental retardation, neural tube defects.
ACE inhibitors Craniofacial abnormalties.
