Lymph node:
• Outer cortex: B cells.
• Inner cortex: T cells.
Additional Notes:
• NK cells: cannot identify cells by their receptors.
• Large lymphocytes: light staining.
• T-cells migrate to paracortex of lymph node after maturation.
• B-cells mostly found in lymph node medulla.
• T-cells mostly found in lymph node paracortex.
• Lymphatic efferent vessel: delivers APCs to lymph node.
