What is a Tension Headache?

Definition of Tension Headache:

Tension headaches are suggested by the location of pain, labile hypertension, past history, and type of work.

A tension headache seldom appears as an acute, sudden, or severe headache.

It typically is a gradually increasing pain beginning at the end of the day and is described a tight band or pressure around the scalp or skull.
